Partner Manager

Purpose of the Role

At ChronosHub, we’re building the front end that modernizes scholarly publishing – connecting systems, workflows, and. As Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in establishing, expanding and nurturing a network of software and technology partners that integrate with the ChronosHub platform through our integration framework. Your mission is to help create and grow a vibrant partner ecosystem, where innovative software vendors can connect their tools, publishers can build flexible workflows, and ChronosHub serves as a hub where everything comes together.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to identify and contract partners that complement the ChronosHub platform and drives value for current and future customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact at ChronosHub.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and ensure smooth alignment between commercial, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Own the end-to-end partner onboarding and contracting process – including signing partners onto the platform, establishing collaboration structures, and managing all partnership contracts.
  • Act as the bridge between partners and our technical teams during integration phases — coordinating communication, clarifying requirements, and ensuring smooth resolution of any technical questions that arise.
  • Develop joint value propositions that clearly articulate the benefits of each integration.
  • Work closely with Marketing to plan and deliver co-marketing activities—webinars, events, case stories, and campaigns—that highlight the value of our collaborations and ensure consistent partner visibility across all channels and materials.
  • Track, evaluate, and communicate partnership success, helping strengthen ChronosHub’s growing ecosystem.
  • Take on select sales activities alongside partner responsibilities, including engaging prospects, showcasing the platform, and supporting the commercial team in advancing customer opportunities.
  • Represent ChronosHub at events, conferences, and community gatherings.

 

What you bring

  • Proven experience in partnerships, channel management, or business development within SaaS or technology.
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Skilled in managing integrations or product partnerships and translating technical capabilities into business value.
  • Experience with co-marketing or joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship-building, coordination, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment; curious, proactive, and collaborative.
  • International experience or working with distributed teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, CRM/PRM tools, or academic publishing ecosystems is an advantage.
