As Head of Growth at ChronosHub, you'll drive pipeline generation, shape how we approach prospects, test what works, and turn it into something scalable.
Who you are
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own how we generate pipeline and win new customers.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll both define the playbook and execute it. Nothing is fully built yet, and that’s the point. You’ll shape how we approach prospects, test what works, and turn it into something scalable. You’re not inheriting a machine. You’re getting the tools and parts to build the engine and yes, you’re in the driver’s seat.
This is a role with real freedom.
If you believe something will drive pipeline, go do it. Test it, run it, scale it. No one’s hovering over your shoulder asking why you changed a subject line or tried a new channel.
You’re the expert. We hired you for a reason.
You’ll lead a cross-functional pod, working alongside SDR, Marketing, AEs, and Content, with close collaboration across Sales, Comms, and Partnerships.
Key responsibilities
Pipeline and growth :
- Own pipeline generation for new customers across all channels. This is your number.
- Run multi-channel outreach and engagement across email, LinkedIn, events, and beyond.
- Test new channels and approaches ahead of the market, not behind it.
- Track performance. Double down on what works, fix what doesn’t.
ABM and strategy
- Design, build, and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts aligned with our ICP.
- Build repeatable, insight-driven playbooks and scale them fast.
- Take initiative on new ways to attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects.
Team and collaboration
- Drive pipeline generation initiatives as part of our cross-functional pod and deliver against ambitious (but realistic) targets.
- Own the SDR motion end-to-end: targeting, outreach, qualification, and meeting generation.
- Run regular pipeline reviews and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, pipeline goals, and deal progression. We win and lose together.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ABM experience. You’ve built campaigns from scratch and know what moves the needle.
- Commercial mindset. You understand pipeline, conversion rates, and what ultimately drives revenue.
- Bias for action. You don’t wait for perfect; you test, iterate, and improve.
- Strong communication skills. You can align Sales, explain your thinking clearly, and drive decisions.
- Ownership mentality. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities.
- Collaborative by nature. You know how to work cross-functionally and get things done.
