What we do

Millions of research papers are published every year. They contain discoveries that save lives, protect the planet, and inspire technological breakthroughs. But today, scholarly publishing is coming up against some big challenges.

Because behind every paper is a tangle of mandates, fees, and licenses. And the systems used to manage these things are outdated. It leaves everyone involved up to their necks in confusing admin.

As industry outsiders, we have the chance to take a shake things up. By building a user-friendly-platform that simplifies this complexity through great design and powerful integrations. So authors, publishers, institutions, and funders can put their full focus on quality research.
